Eligibility Programmes

Our eligibility programmes serve military, police, gendarmerie, and civilians. E-Learning for Mission Staff (ELMS) makes the POTI curriculum available to mission personnel around the world. Many national peacekeeping training centres worldwide subscribe to the National Training Centre E-Learning Platform (NTCELP) and E-Learning for Peacekeepers in the Asia Pacific (ELPAP). Individual E-Learning for Peacekeepers from Select Regions (IELP) extends the availability of POTI e-learning to peacekeepers and potential peacekeepers.

E-Learning for Mission Staff (ELMS)

ELMS provides free access to all courses in the Institute’s curriculum to all African Union, United Nations, European Union, and hybrid mission personnel (military, police, and civilian). POTI designed this programme to increase the professional capacity of mission personnel through the study and completion of online, self-paced, on-demand courses.

Many national peacekeeping training centres worldwide subscribe to NTCELP. Under NTCELP, national training centres provide their classroom students with a blended learning curriculum that combines their classroom courses with the Institute’s e-learning.
