E-Learning for Mission Staff (ELMS)
ELMS provides free access to all courses in the POTI curriculum to all African Union, European Union, and United Nations mission personnel (civilian, police, and military). POTI designed this programme to increase the professional capacity of mission personnel through the study and completion of online, self-paced, on-demand courses.
Learn MoreNational Training Centre E-Learning Platform (NTCELP)
Many national peacekeeping training centres worldwide subscribe to NTCELP. Under NTCELP, national training centres provide their classroom students with a blended learning curriculum that combines their in-person training with POTI e-learning. Students earn certificates of completion jointly issued by both institutions.

IELP provides free access to all courses to military, police, and gendarmerie from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and select nations in the Asia-Pacific and South Asia regions. This programme is also available to civilian employees of the ministries of defence and ministries of foreign affairs involved in peace operations in the aforementioned regions and nations.

POTI offers courses at a discount to students or teachers at secondary schools, colleges, universities, or those involved in Model UN, as well as staff of humanitarian and peace-keeping related nongovernmental organizations.
