Lesson Seven covers first aid and health precautions, including the very important principles of First Aid, an overview of common medical situations, the actions to be taken in case of casualties, the causes and preventative methods of HIV/AIDS, and techniques for stress management. Each officer is responsible for himself. Furthermore, as he is normally the first on the scene, he should have basic knowledge of First Aid to help and support others.
