Researcher, scholar, member of the Lester B. Pearson International peacekeeping training center of Canada since 1998. Graduated in philosophy and public law - Human rights (Ph.D) at Grenoble II, University in France. Taught several military and civilian leaders of the five continents in Human rights and peacekeeping. Several published works specially on South Africa and works on E. Kant's republicanism influence in peace building through African States (Ph.D, Philosophy).
