UN Observer Missions and Offices
All military personnel, police, and civilians serving with these UN Observer Missions and Offices are eligible to study the e-learning courses on peacekeeping at no cost from POTI through the generous support of Global Affairs Canada’s Peace and Stabilization Operations Programme, the Government of Portugal, the Government of Sweden, & the Foreign & Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom.
The Peace Operations Training Institute welcomes students from the following UN Observer Missions and Offices:

- Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon (UNSCOL)
- United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL)
