"The course could be improved by including more practical, field-based examples that show how gender issues affect child protection. Boys and girls often face different risks, such as recruitment, sexual violence, or stigmatization, and more case studies on these realities would make the training more applicable. Guidance on engaging with women’s groups, survivors, and community leaders would also be valuable. Scenario-based exercises that demonstrate how to apply gender-sensitive approaches during patrols and operations would strengthen my ability to respond effectively in the field.”"
