About the Course: In the current peacekeeping environment, United Nations Military Observers (UNMO) are frequently unarmed and operating in remote areas with fragile security conditions. UNMO roles of monitoring and supervising ceasefires, truces, and armistice are evolving and adapting in this new complex operational environment. This comprehensive training package provides students with the UN pre-deployment requirements and materials specifically designed for UNMO, combining the Conceptual, Legal, and Operational Frameworks and mainstreaming the relevant aspects of the protection of civilians, gender, Security Risk Management, and improvised explosive device safety.

These course materials have been sourced directly from the United Nations Peacekeeping Resource Hub under a revocable licence issued by the Integrated Training Service.

"5 stars its full of information , I would like to participate with your institution team for reviewing all the materials and especially the new one i am PhD student in international law and police studies and i already finished my master degree in peacekeeping operations and administration certified by our post graduated faculty of our police academy , I also can use three languages my Arabic as a mother tongue and the English&French language and i already served in three UN peacekeeping missions as a UNPOL."
