E-Learning for Mission Leadership in Peace Operations (MLPO)
The Peace Operations Training Institute (POTI) is pleased to provide E-Learning for Mission Leadership in Peace Operations (MLPO) to all participants in Senior Mission Leadership (SML), Senior Leadership Programme (SLP), Senior Mission Administrative and Resource Training (SMART), Mission Advanced Staff Training (MAST), the Intensive Orientation Course (IOC) and other programmes of training for senior mission leadership. This e-learning is provided at no cost to participants in these programmes through the generous support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
POTI offers 29 courses in English with certain translations available in French, Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese. MLPO students may download all course materials, study their courses offline, take each self-scoring End-of-Lesson Quiz, and when they are ready, take the online End-of-Course Examination. Students who pass the examination with a minimum of 75 % are awarded a Certificate of Completion for each course.
Welcome! It is our pleasure here at the Peace Operations Training Institute to provide E-Learning for Mission Leadership in Peace Operations (MLPO). Participants of all senior mission leadership training programmes are entitled to enrol through MLPO in self-paced e-learning as a way to build on what was covered in their classroom training. I invite you to click on the sign up button shown below to view the full curriculum. When you enrol for your free courses use the eligibility code MLPO. This same e-learning on peace operations is also available to your mission staff at no cost through E-Learning for Mission Staff (ELMS).
