Lesson 7: Collective Rights II: The Rights to Development, Environment, and Peace
Video Transcript
In Lesson 7 you will come to understand three other collective rights: the right to development, the right to a healthy environment, and the right to peace. The history of each right is traced to the present day, and the content of each right—its often far-reaching implications as well as its necessary limitations—is analyzed and interpreted with special attention given to what the right means practically to both a people and to an individual.
