Enrolling in a course
When you enrol in a course, Peace Operations Training Institute collects certain information from you, including your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. If you enrol through a group licence through your peacekeeping mission, military division, or other organization, this information may be viewable by your training officer.
Peace Operations Training Institute will share your information with no one without your permission, except where required by law. When you enrol in a course, you may choose to allow us to share your contact information with selected peacekeeping organizations. You may also write to us at any time to tell us whether or not we may share your contact information.
When you successfully complete a course, your name will appear on our honour roll. Peace Operations Training Institute will remove your name from the honour roll at your request.
Subscribing to our mailing list
When you subscribe to our mailing list, Peace Operations Training Institute collects your name and e-mail address. We will share this information with no one without your permission, except where required by law.
Changes to this policy
If our privacy policy changes, Peace Operations Training Institute will notify all students and mailing list subscribers by e-mail.
