Member of Insitute's Board is NY Times Op-Ed Contributor

Ambassador Thomas R. Pickering, who is a member of the Board of Directors at the Insitute, along with his colleague Lakhdar Brahimi, have outlined a path toward peace in Afghanistan in an Op-Ed column in the 23 March edition of the New York Times.
