Once you submit your enrolment form, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a few hours. If your e-mail service filters junk mail (“spam”), this confirmation may not reach you. If you have a folder labeled “Junk Mail”, “Bulk mail”, “Spam,” or something similar, please look in this folder for your confirmation message. Consult your e-mail service’s help documentation or speak with your e-mail service provider for details about junk mail filtering.

Print and CD-ROM course materials ship within two business days. Transit times vary. Allow two weeks for most US, APO, and international addresses. Allow three weeks for shipments to South America and Africa, as well as UNNY pouch mail. You may receive a separate e-mail with information about your shipment.
